If you need additional support, all support is fee based and pay as you go. Should you prefer October-Design to install and configure the solution for you, that service is available for a fee too. Support is offered through phone or live chat, M-F 9AM–4PM EST U.S. and on weekends by appointment only.

Webmasters and administrators who install and configure Post-Mania should be moderately familiar HTML, MySQL and PHP. Administrator access to the web server is also required (or at least have an ISP or Webmaster that can install the application for you).
